By submitting this request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding Jason Lawrence's certified auto appraisal services:
- A non-refundable retainer fee is due prior to the commencement of any appraisal work. The fee amount will be confirmed by Jason Lawrence upon review of your submission.
- The retainer covers the cost of the vehicle inspection, research, and preparation of a written ASCAA-certified appraisal report compliant with USPAP standards.
- Payment is accepted via check, electronic transfer, or other methods confirmed at time of engagement. Full payment is due before the final report is delivered.
- Appraisal fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed, regardless of the outcome or intended use of the report.
- Rush or expedited appraisal requests may be subject to an additional fee, which will be disclosed before work begins.
- This submission does not constitute a binding contract. An engagement letter will be provided upon acceptance of your request.
